LCD Grades: This listing is for a Grade B Panel, B grade screens have small surfaces scratches and blemishes in/on the lcd panel. These typically are not noticeable when the screen is on but are present. We are pretty picky with our grading system and our customers are very happy with our Grade-B monitors. Refurb Process: All monitors are tested thoroughly and physically inspected. We take pride in our refurb process and make every effort to insure you get a great working monitor at a great price. Cosmetics: Used monitor stands and plastic housing could have small scratches or scuffs on them, this does not affect their performance.
